Community Infrastructure Levy
Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) is a levy that WDC charges developers when they build new houses in the area. The Parish Council receives 25% of all CIL collected from developments built in the Parish; it can be spent on infrastructure projects like public spaces, facilities and environment.
