South Warwickshire Local Plan SWLP public briefings

To keep residents informed on the latest potential sites proposed for housing development in South Warwickshire (for 2026-2050), briefings have been scheduled at two locations in the month of June. The briefings will reflect the final proposals related to the 6-week, Regulation 19 public consultation commencing this June. WDC have to submit the SWLP to Government in December 2026. https://www.southwarwickshire.org.uk/swlp/

The briefings will be held at 2pm Saturday 13th June at The Kenilworth Methodist Church, Priory Rd, Kenilworth and at 2pm Saturday 20th June at Lapworth Village Hall, Old Warwick Road, Lapworth.
