As the days get shorter and the weather colder, it’s normal for mental health to feel a little tougher. Worries, anxiety or low mood can affect anyone — you, your friends, your family, your colleagues and your neighbours. The pressures of the past few years have made mental health more important than ever, and many people are struggling quietly.

Wellbeing for Warwickshire is here to help. Working on behalf of Warwickshire County Council, we provide support for adults aged 16+ across the county. Whether you prefer online, phone or in-person support, our friendly teams work with you to find the approach that suits you best, helping you understand the causes of stress or low mood and setting goals to improve your wellbeing.

If you’re feeling stressed, anxious, low in mood or just finding the winter months harder than usual we can help. Our services include:

  • Confidential online counselling, forums, and wellbeing tools
  • Drop-in hubs across Warwickshire
  • Mental health courses, workshops, and training
  • Coventry and Warwickshire Mental Wellbeing Line, available 24/7
  • One-to-one support and problem-solving sessions
  • Community engagement for anyone feeling lonely or isolated

Don’t wait until mental health struggles make things harder to cope. Reach out today: 0800 616171 or visit wellbeingforwarwickshire.org.uk
